It ensures reliable protection for welded joints in onshore pipeline projects. The process begins after pipe sections are welded, leaving the joint area bare. The surface is grit-blasted and achieve proper roughness, followed by pre-heating to the optimal application temperature. FBE powder is applied, melting upon contact and forming a corrosion-resistant layer. Once cured, the coating is inspected for uniformity and thickness. With fast setup, automated application, and safety features, the FJC Onshore maximizes productivity while ensuring long-term pipeline integrity in demanding field conditions.
