How It Works:
The alkaline wash system is integrated into a conveyor that transports pipes through the wash cabin. Inside the cabin, nozzles spray an alkaline solution onto the pipes, followed by a water rinse. Before exiting, the pipes are dried using air knives and/or wipers.
The alkaline solution is typically supplied from a skid with adequate capacity, while a pump skid pressurizes the liquid before it reaches the nozzles.
