Internal pipe washing
In an internal pipe coating plant, the internal pipe wash system can be used to wash the internal pipe surface from e.g. dust or sand, or for a pre-cleaning step to degrease the surface.
Solution:
A lance system with washing nozzle will move in an out of the pipe while the pipe is rotating. This will ensure the complete internal pipe surface is treated. A high pressure pump unit will ensure the required water pressure and volume.

How It Works:
The Internal Pipe Wash System operates by spraying water with medium pressure against the internal pipe surface while the pipe is rotating. After the pipe wash sequence is finished the pipe will be placed under a slight helix to allow water flow out of the pipe. Waste water can be collected and filtered for re-use provided that the minimum water quality requirements are met.
