The internal heating system for internal pipe coating plants is used to dry the internal pipe surface from moisture prior to the internal blasting process.
Solution:
An internal heating system applies heat to the inside surface of pipes which vaporises the moisture on the internal pipe surface, prior to the internal blasting process.

How It Works:
The Internal Heating System operates by directing gas-fired flames or hot air into the interior of pipes while rotating. The heating system is installed on a lance which moves into and out o the pipe. At the opposite pipe-end from where the lance is inserted, a ventilation cabin is installed to collect the fumes generated from the natural gas-fired burners.
