Turning ideas into reality
We use Product Data Management (PDM) software to optimize design, training, and commissioning. Our in-house developed data management software connects operational technology (OT) with information technology (IT), improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall competitiveness. These technologies help reduce costs, minimize risks, and shorten commissioning time by up to 30%.
A Structured Five-Step Process
At Selmers, we use the V-model, a structured method for Validation and Verification. It gives us full control over the process – and ensures steady progress. Each development phase has fixed checkpoints. The next phase only starts after the previous one is approved. We define these checkpoints during design and engineering and test them in real time during construction and commissioning. This way, we make sure our machines meet their design goals, perform better, and integrate smoothly with other technology.
From Design to Installation and Support
We handle design, engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning for turnkey plants, equipment, and automated solutions worldwide. After installation, we provide training, global support, spare parts, and maintenance services to ensure long-term efficiency.
Future-Ready Solutions
By combining lean principles, automation, and data-driven optimization, we develop safe, efficient, and future-ready solutions. Our structured, iterative approach allows us to respond quickly to evolving customer needs while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
