Rotation units with sturdy frame
The rotation units consist of a sturdy frame on top of which two wide wheels with elastomer lining in heavy duty self-aligning roller bearings are fitted. A slip-on electric reduction motor drives one of the wheels of the rotation units at a variable speed by frequency control.
The lower-in is used to place a pipe into a conveyor or rotation station from pipe racks. The kick-out takes the pipe out of a conveyor or rotation station and places the pipe onto the pipe racks.
The sturdy lower-in/kick-out is built to handle the maximum pipe weight and diameter. The lower-in/kick-out arm is padded to protect the external coating of the pipes and is operated by a hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic control provides a simultaneous and smooth operation.
